Planned to see Busan major attractions and it was fine base for visiting all of them. We stayed for trip and would stay there again.

The location of the hotel was favourable and great - just a short walk away from Haeundae Beach. It also was in the middle of jackson.

The place had a QUIET atmosphere. Favourable location and overall the staff was helpful and very gracious.

The staff is well-trained and helpful at all the levels. It has excellent location just next door to Bluesky park and beach walk and most attractions. It's just a short walk away from Starbucks Paledecz, I tried nice desserts there.

Everything was amazing with spacious rooms. Comfortable beds, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a seating area in the room. City view and outstanding service. Had free Wi-Fi in public areas...

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the Mipo harbour area right from our room. The spacious and spotlessly clean apartment had all the amenities we could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The quality furnishing and thoughtful layout made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the convenience of having a supermarket and great restaurants within walking distance. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and service.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped for our family of six. We were able to cook meals in the full kitchen and appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions.

The front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly and seemed to prioritize assisting residents over guests. It was also difficult to find the check-in area, and we had to ask several people for directions.

The view from our room was breathtaking, we could see the ocean from our high-rise suite. The location of the accommodation was ideal, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions that we wanted to visit. We could easily walk to all the tourist hotspots from our apartment. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed for our family. The laundry facilities were very useful, but we had to purchase laundry powder.

When we arrived, it was difficult to find the reception for short-stay guests, and the staff wasn't very welcoming or helpful. The staff at the reception seemed to favor the long-term residents over short-stay guests.

Our stay at Grand Lct Residence was fantastic! The property was impeccably clean, and we enjoyed the amazing view of the beach from our room. The location was perfect, with easy access to Haeundae Blueline Capsule and Haeundae Traditional Market. There were also plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English.
